United Way of Winnipeg's Aboriginal Relations Council (ARC) is celebrating the release of Eagle's Eye View Second Edition - a comprehensive environmental scan of Winnipeg's Aboriginal population - featuring new information gathered since Eagle's Eye View was first published in 2004.

Every day in our city, the impact of thousands of Winnipeggers' actions - through United Way - ripple out into our community, touching lives; creating hope, stability and opportunity.
