| THE FAMILY CENTRE
Offers counselling and programming for individuals, couples and families to improve communication and parenting skills and help people live without violence. Six Family Resource Centres throughout Winnipeg offer counselling, a community kitchen, community cupboard, home visits, and opportunities to network and socialize through family fun nights, crafter co-ops, breakfast clubs and community celebrations.

| FORT GARRY WOMEN'S RESOURCE CENTRE (FGWRC)
Offers counselling, support groups, referral services, information sessions, workshops and other resources to help women achieve their potential. These include volunteer and training opportunities that provide access to valuable skills. The Outreach Centre offers a drop-in, clothing program, a harvest program, community support, and emergency assistance for women and their children. FGWRC is also a partner in the AssetBuilder's Partnership, helping families save money and achieve financial independence.
