Offers a range of services including personal, marriage and family counselling; support for older adults; mental health and child welfare services; newcomer resettlement; and a volunteer program.

Provides counselling, support and educational programs for victims of crime, offenders, ex-offenders, and their families. Resources include Hepatitis C awareness, as well as parenting, literacy, employment and anger management programs. JHS also operates the Families without Violence and Restorative Resolutions programs.
