Provides individual and group counselling to women who have experienced childhood or adolescent sexual abuse. Programs include individual and group therapy, couples counselling, parenting groups, and short-term crisis intervention. The Laurel Centre also provides supportive services for men who have experienced stressors in their lives. Programs include drop-in, individual and group counseling through their Men's Resource Centre.

Provides supports for individuals with a learning disability and/or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. United Way supports the Association’s resource centre, lending library, tutoring services, and services for newly diagnosed individuals. LDAM also offers support groups and pre-employment programs.
