Offers a range of community-based resources and services intended to meet the linguistic and cultural needs of the francophone community. French language counselling and related services are provided to women and children who have experienced violence. Other programs include orientation workshops for new Canadians whose first language is French. With United Way support, the agency offers literacy and job preparation/reemployment programs for both men and women. As a member of the Winnipeg AssetBuilders Partnership, Pluri-Elles offers money management training and matched savings programs that help individuals and families living in lowincome situations build their assets for longterm stability and financial independence.

Focuses on promoting healthy pregnancy outcomes and responsible parenting as it reaches out to high-risk parents and their children. PFSS provides comprehensive age-appropriate early childhood educational experience for children aged 0 to 6 years; emergency supplies; individual, couple and family counselling; and pregnancy testing. It also provides respite child day care, parenting classes, a thrift shop, and life-skills and literacy programming for both men and women.
