Leadership Giving
Leaders are those individuals who invest in our community by making a gift of $1,200 or more to United Way. The role of the Deputy-Chair, Leadership Giving, is to provide support to the Leadership Program throughout the campaign.

As Regional President, Manitoba, Saskatchewan & NW Ontario, Kirk Dudtschak has overall responsibility for RBC Financial Group’s personal and commercial business in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and North Western Ontario, including Sudbury, Sault Ste. Marie and Thunder Bay.
Raised on a farm near St. Mary’s, Ontario, Mr. Dudtschak joined RBC in 1986. He has held a variety of senior management and executive positions within RBC’s branch network and Head Office, including National Manager, Sales Strategy, Regional Vice-President, Eastern Ontario and Vice-President, Group Risk Management. Immediately prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Dudtschak was Regional Vice-President, Ontario North and East.
Kirk and his family came to Winnipeg in November 2005 and he is a dedicated contributor to our community. Kirk was the Chair of the Major Corporations Division for the 2006 & 2007 Campaign Cabinet for United Way of Winnipeg, and is the Deputy Chair of Leadership Giving for the 2008 campaign. Kirk is a board member of the Business Council of Manitoba, serving on the Fiscal Committee, as well as a member of the Board of Governors at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, serving on the Finance & Investment Committee. Kirk also serves as a national Champion for the Aboriginal Human Resources Council of Canada and was active as a cabinet member of the Manitoba Team of the Sustaining Applause Campaign for the Royal Winnipeg Ballet.
Kirk brings a wealth of volunteer experience from across Canada. He was a member of the Advisory Board Business School at Ottawa University. In 2004, he served as Leadership Chair of RBC’s provincial United Way Campaign for Ontario. He has served on the Board of St. Vincent’s Hospital Foundation, and was a member of the Advisory Committee for Christie Lake Kids in Ottawa.
Mr. Dudtschak graduated from the University of Western Ontario, Richard Ivey School of Business, with an MBA in General Management. He is married with four children.![]()
