Leadership Development Program
The Leadership Development Program Committee is responsible for recruitment of Sponsored Executives from businesses and organizations in the community. These people act as an extension of campaign staff during the autumn campaign period.

Paddy Douglass is a Major in the Canadian forces with 35 years service. He has been employed in a variety of positions during his career, operational, instructional and administrative. Major Douglass’s current position is that of coordinator of the Winnipeg Dispute Resolution Centre where, along with his staff, he looks after the Defence Conflict Management Program. They offer members of the department assistance via training, coaching and intervention services.
