Health & Community Services Division
The Health & Community Services Division includes major hospitals, personal care homes, United Way partner agencies and other community organizations, and union locals. In 2007, the Health & Community Services Division raised $648,182.

Rosie Jacuzzi was appointd to the position of President & COO of Misericordia Health Centre in November 2004. She joined Misericordia in October 2001 in the role of Chief Nursing Officer and embraced the Misericordia Sisters’ legacy of providing quality health care in the Catholic tradition of ethical and spiritual values.

Misericordia Health Centre is a leading provider of diverse health care services within the Winnipeg Health Region specializing in unique out-patient programs as well as care designed to meet the needs of an aging population.

Rosie held a number of senior leadership positions in major health-care facilities in Ontario and Manitoba and has 29 years of experience in a variety of health-care sectors such as Acute Care, Rehabilitation, Long-Term Care and Public Health.

Rosie holds a Degree in Nursing from the University of Western Ontario and a Masters of Science in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University, USA.

Rosie’s familiar surname hails from her husband, Paul Jacuzzi, who is President and CEO Waterite Technologies. They have one daughter, Robin, who is studying Aviation and Business at the University of Western Ontario. As a family, they love to travel and to watch live Formula 1 car racing.
