Industry Division
The Industry Division includes mid-sized companies with a broad mix of accounts in the automotive, transportation, manufacturing, services, construction, and retail sectors. In 2007, the Industry Division raised $1,044,146.

Rennie is a Sales Associate with CB Richard Ellis Manitoba, a commercial real estate firm he has been with since 1999. He brings considerable knowledge of the commercial real estate market in the Winnipeg area and is well connected to the business community, serving on the boards of the Winnipeg Convention Centre, Western Canada Aviation Museum, West End BIZ and on two committees of the Downtown Winnipeg BIZ.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis Manitoba, Rennie served as Transportation Services Coordinator for two years for the XIII Pan American Games Society, ensuring and coordinating the effective operations of more than 30 Games Sponsors transportation hospitality requirements for the 1999 Pan Am Games.
From 1995 to 1997, Rennie was one of only 300 Canadians selected as an Assistant Language Teacher with the Japan Exchange Teaching Program, teaching English in Japan under the auspices of the Japanese Ministry of Education in one of the world’s largest and most prestigious work abroad programs. For two years prior to going overseas, Mr. Zegalski served as a Research Assistant in the Executive Council, the highest legislative authority in the Province of Manitoba.
Rennie is also co-founder and former partner in Heartland International English School, Winnipeg’s first language school focusing on the needs of the non-immigrant international visitor to Canada.
Rennie holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Manitoba (1995) in Finance and Marketing. He is currently the Chair of the Young Associates (YA) of the I.H. Asper School of Business as well as Past-President of the University of Manitoba Alumni Association serving over 130,000 alumni members around the world. Other responsibilities include Retail Section Chair - United Way of Winnipeg, and membership with the International Council of Shopping Centres.
