Health & Community Services Division
The Health & Community Services Division includes major hospitals, personal care homes, United Way partner agencies and other community organizations, and union locals. In 2007, the Health & Community Services Division raised $648,182.

Sandra Oakley became employed as a National Servicing Representative with the Canadian Union of Public Employees (Manitoba Region) in 1981. She was seconded to the CUPE National Office in Ottawa as Assistant Managing Director, Organizing and Regional Services (2000 & 2001). In 2002, she was hired as Regional Director for CUPE in Manitoba.

Sandra is also the Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the Rehabilitation Centre for Children. Sandra is a labour representative on the Manitoba Labour Board and a Part-Time Commissioner on the Automobile Injury Compensation Appeal Commission.

Sandra is married to Wayne Guenther and they have 2 dogs and 2 cats.
