Schools Division
The Schools Division includes public and independent schools and school division offices throughout Winnipeg.
In 2007, the Schools Division raised $428,345.

Tim Watters is the Director of School and Community Support in the Louis Riel School Division. He has worked in education for over twenty-five years, beginning his career as a Grade 5 teacher at Prendergast School. He taught Grades 3 – 9 before moving into school and divisional administration. Tim left public education for one year to work in Human Resource Management with the Angus Reid Group.

Tim has enjoyed his involvement with volunteer organizations. He has coached community and school sports teams. He served on the Board of the Manitoba Business to Education Foundation and volunteered during the Pan Am Games. He has provided professional development provincially and within his school division. He is currently a member of the St. Vital Community Action Network.

Tim is an active supporter of the United Way and has chaired past campaigns within his school division. Programs supported by the United Way are a vital resource for school administrators and teachers as they make every effort to assist families. Tim has seen first-hand the important work of the United Way in supporting families and children in need.
