United Way's Major Corporations Division
The Major Corporations Division includes large private companies throughout Winnipeg as well as several Crown corporations and utilities. Each year, this division accounts for almost 25 per cent of total campaign revenue. In 2008, the Major Corporations Division raised $4,510,043.

Since 2005, Len Penner has been President of Cargill Limited - one of Canada’s leading agricultural companies. He is also President and Business Unit Leader of Cargill AgHorizons Canada - a network of businesses that provide grain handling services, risk management tools and crop input products and services to Canadian farmers.
Since joining Cargill in 1975, Len has held various sales and management positions within the seed business and commodity marketing division. At present, he serves as a Director of Grain Insurance and Guarantee Company.
Len received a B.Sc. in agriculture from the University of Manitoba. He has been an active member of the Canadian Seed Trade Association and currently sits on a number of industry and community boards. As well, Len is a member of the Business Council of Manitoba and the Canadian Council for Chief Executives.
Born and raised in Winnipeg, Len continues to reside here with his wife and three children.
