United Way's Nationals Division
The Nationals Division includes organizations with head offices outside Winnipeg, where decisions - particularly regarding corporate giving - are not made locally. In 2008, the Nationals Division raised $1,779,784.

As Regional President for RBC Royal Bank, Rob Johnston is responsible for the sales and service experience for all business and personal banking clients from the Alberta/Saskatchewan border to Sudbury Ontario.
Since 1981, Rob has held a variety of senior management and executive positions within RBC's network, including head of Strategic Planning and Development for Human Resources, Vice President of Service Delivery, and Vice President of Diverse Markets. Immediately prior to his current position, Rob was head of Sales Strategy and Support for RBC's Canadian banking operation.
With a strong sense of community commitment, Rob is an advocate for Aboriginal business and community development. He Co-chairs the Aboriginal Human Resource Council of Canada and helps lead RBC’s work with the Assembly of First Nations, most recently on the signed Memorandum of Understanding.
Rob is a business administration graduate, certified by the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland in organization and systems development. He and wife Angela have two children. Raised in eastern Ontario, he is pleased to call Winnipeg home and is looking forward to getting involved in the community and travelling throughout the region.
