The Major Donor Cabinet includes individuals who personally invite peers to join them in contributing at the Major Donor Level ($5,000+).

Chris O. Couture is the Managing Partner for the Winnipeg office of Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP. She has more than 25 years' experience providing audit and assurance services to a wide range of clients in the Winnipeg market - from large public companies to non-profit organizations.

Chris joined the firm in 1983 after graduating from the University of Manitoba with a commerce degree (honours). She obtained her Chartered Accountant designation in 1986 and was admitted to the partnership in 2000.

An active volunteer on many boards and committees over the past 25 years, Chris recently completed a six-year term on United Way's Board of Trustees. She also spent nine years on the boards of the Salvation Army and Grace General Hospital.

In addition to her role on United Way’s Major Donor Cabinet, Chris is Co-chair for the Manitoba Chapter of the Institute of Corporate Directors and a council member for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Manitoba.
