Elizabeth Beaupré Executive Director Academic Health Sciences Network

United Way's Health and Community Services Division
The Health and Community Services Division includes major hospitals, personal care homes, union locals, United Way agency partners and other community organizations.

Beth Beaupré is Executive Director of a new joint operating division between the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority and the University of Manitoba, supporting the ongoing development of an Academic Health Sciences network.

A lawyer by profession, Beth spent 10 years in private practice before serving in a number of public sector roles, including legal counsel for Winnipeg Child and Family Services and the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, Executive Director of the Health Labour Relations Branch of Manitoba Health, and Director of Human Resources for Winnipeg’s Health Sciences Centre.

Beth has served on the boards of Villa Rosa Inc., the Manitoba Law Foundation, the General Child and Family Services Authority and Ryerson School Age Centre.

Beth and her husband Dan, have three children: Rachel, Josh and Michael.
