United Way's Community Leaders Division
The Community Leaders Division includes individuals with whom United Way connects directly, outside traditional workplace campaigns. The Chair’s role is to ensure these individuals are identified and remain engaged with United Way.

Having recently retired from her from her role as Vice President of Business Development for National Leasing Group Inc., Estelle Rochon-Fraser is currently working as a consultant, assisting small and mid-size business with planning and training projects.

While at National Leasing, Estelle was very active on the company’s United Way Committee. She has also served on the boards of Fort Whyte Alive (as Chair) and St. Amant Centre.
