Over 20 members of the Winnipeg media came out in the frosty cold to help decorate Selkirk Avenue for the 4th Annual Lighting Up the Avenue celebration, organized by United Way of Winnipeg, Aboriginal Visioning for the North End and The North End Community Helpers Network.
