Winnipeggers Closing in on United Way Goal December 14, 2004
Winnipeggers are working hard towards United Way's record-setting $15.7 million goal. Hartley T. Richardson, United Way of Winnipeg's 2004 Campaign Chair, made the announcement today at the fourth and final public reporting session. That brings the total to date to $15,310,337 with another $400,000 still to go.

United Way's annual Koats for Kids drive to collect winter outerwear for children in Winnipeg is underway. Between now and the end of January 2005, Winnipeggers are encouraged to donate gently-used coats, snowsuits, jackets, ski pants, toques and mittens for children under the age of 12.

"It is presented without analysis or interpretation so that it may be used to build knowledge, understanding, trust, connections and relationships."
