Employee Campaign Chair
Employee Campaign Chairs (ECCs) are the people who lead the United Way campaign in their workplace. They recruit canvassers and other volunteers, set goals for their campaign, inspire leadership, build awareness of United Way's impact, develop innovative recognition programs to thank participants, and organize engaging activities that provide opportunities for all co-workers to get involved - all this on top of their regular job.
Submit a nomination if you are or know an Employee Campaign Chair who has attended a United Way ECC conference and who has led a successful United Way workplace campaign that boasts outstanding participation and performance. Be prepared to tell us, in 250 words or less, what makes this Employee Campaign Chair so exceptional.
